Who Handles Repairs/Maintenance on My Investment?
We handle all communication with tenants and service companies so you don’t have to! It is totally up to you who services your property. If you have preferences, we are happy to honor that! If not, we have excellent relationships with vendors in the area and will handle all the details of maintenance requests and upkeep of your property.
How Do We Charge?
We are paid a percentage of rents collected; so we do not make money until you make money! We take care of renting, collecting and payments, then send you a check...easy as that! And we keep up with it all so taxes are a breeze at the end of the year!
